With cooler temperatures finally settling in, I wanted a few new fall recipes to try out. We eat alot of chicken in our house too, so I was really hoping to find something other than poultry. I was thrilled when I stumbled upon this recipe for
Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Onions & Apples. I served it with
Savory Sweet Potato Wedges (sans brown sugar & cayenne pepper), green beans & rice. It was easy to make, and absolutely delicious. This just might become a new favorite!
